• 1st year Master's programme applicants
• Citizens from non-EU/EEA countries who are required to pay tuition fees for Swedish university studies

The selection is based on the applicants' relative academic excellence, which primarily includes weighted average grade but also home university's stature (including position on global ranking lists) and priority order of the application for Chalmers Master's programmes.

Required documents

1. Certificates and diplomas from previous university studies (including students in their final year of bachelor's studies)
2. Transcripts of completed courses and grades
3. Proof of English language skills
4. Proof that you meet the specific entry requirements - A course syllabus must be submitted for each specific prerequisite

5. Relevant pages of your passport or other valid ID, for the determination of your fee status.
   Note: Students who have a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) will be checked electronically with various databases to determine if they are required to pay an application fee.
